Do I need an account to buy?

No. The bag works as a guest. Create an account if you want order history kept for you.

How do I add a new perfume to the store?

Sign in to the atelier admin, open Add product, upload a bottle image, set price and cabinets, then publish. It appears on the shop immediately.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Other UAE cities are free when you order two or more products; AED 20 applies for one product. We deliver in 1 day.

Can I return a fragrance?

Opened, used or sprayed perfume may not be returned except where the law requires. Write to support@wasl.shop or use the contact page with your order number.

Where do you ship?
