By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
All our perfumes are carefully selected UK-made/master perfumes, created with a focus on premium fragrance quality, richness and longevity.
Our fragrances are designed to provide a beautiful, long-lasting scent experience. Fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, temperature, application method and individual body chemistry.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, fragrance notes, sizes and images are accurate. Slight differences in colour, packaging or presentation may occur.
All product information provided by us is intended to help customers make an informed purchase.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment card or payment method used, or that you have obtained full permission from the lawful cardholder to use that card or method.
WASL is not responsible if a stolen card, a compromised card, a fraudulently obtained card, or someone else’s card is used to place an order without the cardholder’s authorisation. Any such unauthorised use is the sole responsibility of the person placing the order and/or the cardholder. We may refuse, cancel or investigate orders we reasonably suspect involve unauthorised payment, and we may report suspected fraud to the relevant payment provider, bank or authorities.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier and circumstances outside our control.
Home delivery is complimentary to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Other UAE cities are free when the order contains two or more products. A delivery charge of AED 20 applies for a single-product order to those other cities. We aim to deliver within 1 day.
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delays caused by the courier are outside our direct control, although we will do our best to assist customers with tracking and delivery issues.

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened, used or sprayed perfume products may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law.
For online purchases, customers may have a legal cancellation right. Where applicable, the product must be returned within the required period and in an appropriate condition. Statutory consumer rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products are not affected.

Perfume longevity and projection are not identical for every customer. Factors including skin chemistry, application area, climate and storage conditions can affect performance.
We therefore cannot guarantee an identical duration of fragrance performance for every individual.
Please check the ingredients and product information before use. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, perform an appropriate patch test before regular use.
Stop using the product if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version published by us will apply to future orders.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Products supplied to consumers must meet applicable legal standards and be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
